Lucas DeLisle, known professionally as l.ucas, began by making a name for himself as a go-to producer and engineer, injecting R&B, Hip-Hop, Pop, and Afro-beats with synth-heavy layers, unforgettable low end, and a laser focus on vocal performance.

As a self-produced artist, l.ucas has built a catalog of solo releases that blends his influences (Mac Miller, Radiohead, Massive Attack) with sonic experimentation, classical piano roots, down to earth songwriting, and the same attention to detail that attracts fans and collaborators alike.

l.ucas has been nominated as one of Boston Music Awards best R&B artists of 2022, only two years after his entrance to the Boston music scene. In the same year, his Trip-hop record isolate amassed over 250,000 streams, leading to a collaboration with iZotope to host a remix competition. His catalogue has over 1.1 million streams to date.

Since the spring of 2021, l.ucas has taken his stellar production and intimate vocals to the stage with live performances at Exit Galleries, NewStudio Brooklyn, and The Rockwell, including two sold-out headlining shows and an appearance for Get2theGig’s Nice, a fest 2023.
